用料

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie葡萄干燕麦曲奇的做法

将黄油过称室温下软化。
Weigh and take some butter,soften it at room temperature.
中速打发黄油和糖，混合均匀。加入鸡蛋和香草精。
Cream the butter and sugar in medium speed until it mixed add egg and vanilla.
倒入葡萄干，蛋糕粉，燕麦，和成面团。
Add some raisins,oatmeal and baking flour then knead the dough.
把揉好的面团卷好，冻入冰箱，使其成型。
Wrap the dough in parchment,and refrigerate till it ready to bake.
切片，摆进烤盘
Slice it and put them in the bakepan.
烤箱设置175℃，上下火烤15-20min，取出放凉即可。
Bake the cookies at 177℃ in a oven for 15-20 minutes.
