| 米醋 | 1.5 table spoon |
| 糖 | 1 table spoon |
| 盐 | 1/2 tea spoon |
| 鮭魚 | 1片 |
| 雞蛋 | 2只 |
| 蛋黃醬 | 1 tea spoon |
| 牛油果 | 1个 |
壽司三明治的做法
For 2 sushi samdwiches
*add sugar, vinegar,& salt to rice(warm) and give it a well mixed
, allow rice to cool down in room temperature
*seasoned the salmon with trace amount of salt.
*mixed mayonaise with the fried egg.
*split the rice in 4 portions(80g x 4)
